If I were you I would think about getting out of the suburbs in general and Sacramento in particular. A worst case scenario at Oroville would have the entire lowland area of Sacramento being inundated for miles.
At the very least, I would have an escape route planned- one that has access by bicycle or on foot.
As the Clown Show at Oroville showed- in a panic your car will be worse than useless.
Sadly, the Oroville Dam was not fixed following the last disaster. In 2019 and 2023 they just let the lake fill and fill and hoped for the best with their slide rules and weather management.
But I do think they have Oroville for a wonderful false flag. All that death and destruction they could immediately blame on Climate Change.
I think all the rain bombs they released in the Feather River basin above the dam back in 2017 was a trial run.
