"Everything is Okay, until it isn't", is how dam expert Scott Cahill described a failing earthen dam on Chris Martenson's Peak Prosperity Podcast. Specifically, he was talking about the ongoing failure of the Oroville Dam in California during the February 14th, 2017 episode. Scott Cahill went on to talk about how doing about six million dollars worth of maintenance could have prevented this disaster, with a repair bill- in a best case scenario- that will cost 25 times as much. Of course, misallocating funds is what we expect from government these days; it is what they do.
But wait, there's more... much more. What can only be described as a once in a millennia weather anomaly caused Oroville Lake to fill rapidly as the Feather River upstream experienced historic flooding. But even as the main spillway of the dam failed due to catastrophic flows, the water level rose until it overtopped the emergency spillway, a piece of infrastructure that had not been adequately maintained for decades. As experts feared, erosion threatened to cause a catastrophic failure. On February 12th, the Butte County sheriff ordered a massive evacuation of Oroville, which caused a complete panic. Lacking a comprehensive plan, fleeing residents found themselves snarled in traffic while still within danger zones. Had the emergency spillway collapsed, the results would have been catastrophic. Fortunately, at least one person with sense sacrificed the main spillway, doubling release levels to cause the lake to rapidly drop below the level of the emergency spillway, and averting disaster.
Meanwhile, as the repair bill for the dam rose into the billions of dollars, the public was generally given a complete snow job by the agencies representing the dam. The status of the dam was misrepresented, independent investigations were forbidden, and the bits of information that did leak out were troubling, to say the least. This Wolf recalls a picture of a dam repair site with "Homer's All Purpose Bucket" in the foreground. Now, Homer might make the grade for a bathroom remodel, but dam repair requires highly specialized quality materials not found at Home Despot. One shudders to think the agencies might be cutting costs here.
That the spillway repair was a sham became obvious in 2019, as the waters of Lake Oroville rose once again. By June the water level was just five feet below the level of the emergency spillway, but the main spillway remained off, after having allowed a mere trickle of runoff a month earlier. This Wolf suspected that as the water levels rose and increased pressure on the gates, they were kept closed because if they were opened the pressure would have destroyed the spillway, which was "repaired" with substandard materials. Last year (2023) was even more dramatic, as the water level rose to almost 900 feet and was only inches from the top of the emergency spillway, while the main spillway remained off. For the entire month of June, the agencies flirted with this scenario, which tested an aging and dilapidated infrastructure. (One of the spillway gates is obviously broken. It cannot be closed and water constantly trickles down the spillway whenever the lake level is above 820 feet.)
This year, it is only February, and the lake level is already at about 850 feet, when normally it is well below 700 feet. Meanwhile, the "Pineapple Express" is threatening the foothills through which the Feather River passes. And, of course, we know they are controlling the weather. What would happen if the Haarp/Chemtrail boyz manufactured several rain bombs along the Feather River, causing flooding as had happened in 2017. It would not be a question of if but when the Oroville dam failed. And if that occurred it would virtually wipe the entire city of Sacramento California off the map.
Would the state of California take the blame? Of course not. They could blame it on "climate change", and call for an immediate "lockdown", to get all those cars off the road and avert further dam failures. Or they could blame it on "White Supremacists". Take your pick. All we know for sure is that, after 2020, the sky is the limit for Clown Planet.
And, of course, this is only one of dozens of possible scenarios. The Mother of All False Flags is Coming. The only questions are: "When?" and "Where?"
Our Lady of Fatima, pray for us. You are our only hope!
Hi WW,you can send me an emai, look in your dashboard, subcribers list. I have Catholic questions. Trad.
Hi WW, are you in the area? We're in a suburb of Sacramento. I remember those news reports vividly, the line of cars evacuating Oroville.
