I don't want to get between a wolf and a tiger, but for the record Ron Paul agreed to write the Foreword to my book "Crimes and Cover-Ups in American Politics: 1776=1963," which details many of the events and personalities dear to the hearts of the court historians.
You are correct. Don. And that is one of my favorite books. I have reread it twice.
But that is how they roll- every once and a while they do us a favor. It helps to keep people on the Reservation. It gives people the illusion that deep within the bowels of the system someone is going to go to bat for them.
But in my post on Ron Paul I think I demonstrated quite aptly that when he had the chance to move things forward concerning 9-1-1 he absolutely failed.
Instead of just backing away from the suggestion that 9-1-1 might have been an inside job during the Jake Tapper interview, could he not have said something to this effect:
"Many have questioned the findings of the 9-1-1 commission. Numerous engineers, for example, have questioned the forensics of the commission which implies that airplane fuel could compromise structural steel. I think that bears looking into."
Instead, he sent a strong signal that he is afraid of the party line, and their "conspiracy theories" rhetoric.
And that is why I have him nailed as a shill. He talks a great line, but strikes out on Game Day.
I appreciate that, WW. But I think Ron Paul would probably give a much different answer to that question today. Trump inadvertently opened the door to talking about these subjects, even if he ultimately backed off, in accordance with the Trumpenstein script. Thanks.
