The Myriad Levels Of Deception

And The Only Solution

Padre Pio is alleged to have said that the world needs the Most Holy Sacrifice of the Mass more than the earth needs the sun.  He was almost right.  What the World truly cannot do without is the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Our Bridge between the Infinite Justice of God and His Abundant Mercy.  Though never ordained, Our Lady is the priest par excellence.  Satan knows this, which is why he does everything possible to destroy True Devotion to her, and to distort her essence, especially her attributes of Mediatrix of All Graces and her position as Co-Redemptrix.
Let us review.  Our Lady is the Mediatrix of All Graces.  Any Protestant who has a "Come to Jesus Moment" is doing so through Our Lady, implicity.  Tragically, the vast majority of Protestants are repulsed by Our Lady.  They completely fail to see the mystery of the Finding of the Child Jesus at the Temple or its parallel at the Wedding of Cana, and so only see Our Lord Jesus Christ seemingly rebuking His Most Holy Mother, when, on the contrary, He is instructing her in the Divine Wisdom, giving her lessons that she will take to the Foot of the Cross, so that she might plead for souls in time and in eternity.
We should often contemplate the fact that Our Lord Jesus Christ is Eternal High Priest.  Even at the End of Time as He is leading His flock through the Gates of Heaven, He remains Our Mediator.  In a certain sense Martin Luther was right.  Each of our sins has an eternal, infinite dimension which should make us tremble.  We should never flatter ourselves that we are entirely forgiven by God and in His Good Graces, even after we are morally certain we have made a good confession.  On the one hand, we do have the virtue of hope, and the assurance of Our Lord that He will completely forget the sins of the penitent.  But on the other hand, we always struggle for perfection.  Love knows no limits, and congruently, our love of the Most Holy Cross can know no limits either.  When we have mastered one set of penances, we are called higher.  If we spend three hours a day in prayer, we strive for more.  The spiritual life will not rest long on any plateau.  Either we advance, or we will slowly, imperceptibly retreat.  If we are not fervent and full of holy zeal, we should fear lest we are one of those lukewarm that Our Lord will vomit forth, as He warned the church of Laodicea in the Apocalypse.
And just as Our Lord is Eternal High Priest, so Our Lady is Eternal Mediatrix.  Though Our Lady is a finite creature by definition, yet she has a dimension which is infinite and limitless- the depths of her longing and her sorrows.  On the one hand she beholds all the perfections of God, and on the other has an immense love for souls.  This is why sin wounds her so.  Our Lord Jesus Christ showed St Sr Lucia the Immaculate Heart of Mary and said "Have compassion on the Heart of your Most Holy Mother, covered with thorns, with which ungrateful men pierce It at every moment, and there is no one to make an act of reparation to remove them."  That, of course, was the Apparition of Pontevedra, where Our Lady then offered the Remedy of the First Five Saturdays.

Our Lady is Co-Redemptrix for three reasons, each corresponding to one of the Persons of the Most Holy Trinity.  She is Co-Redemptrix because when God the Father sent the Archangel Gabriel to announce her Divine Maternity, Our Lady unhesitantly said yes once she substantially understood the parameters of her vocation.  She is also Co-Redemptrix because at the Foot of the Cross she pleaded with the Second Person of the Most Blessed Trinity for the Actual and Sanctifying Graces necessary for the salvation of every soul, from  Adam to the End of Time, and offered her immense sorrows in reparation for every sin- which is why every sin wounds her, as she has suffered proportionately to her son, though in a mystical manner.  (Horrible as the physical sufferings of Our Lord were, the spiritual desolation was immensely greater.  "My God, My God, Why Hast Thou Forsaken Me?"  Every Good Christian should be intimately familiar with the 21st Psalm.  We should see the physical sufferings of Our Lord as hardly scratching the surface of His afflictions.)  And She is Co-Redemptrix because it was her prayers after the Ascension which wooed the Holy Ghost to descend upon the hapless Apostles and reside with His True Church until the end of days.

Sadly, even those who call themselves "Traditional Catholics" are only vaguely, if at all, aware of any of this.  Their devotion to Our Lady is largely sentimental, seeing her merely as the Greatest of the Saints, and not in a class all by herself, their Greatest and Most Immediate Benefactor, and they subsequently fail to thank neither her for all she has done for them, nor God for giving so great a gift to them, a gift that can never be taken away.  We might lose the Mass and Sacraments- most of us have lost the Mass and Sacraments- but we can never lose intimacy with Our Lady except by our own negligence.  (That is why Our Lady of Fatima is so all- important.    Anybody not constantly referencing Our Lady of Fatima, or who thinks She is entirely optional, has completely lost the proverbial plot at this point.)

And now onto current events.  Michael Matt was talking again about "The Catacombs Pact".  Whether the Catacombs Pact was real or a ploy is not the debate here.  Whether the signers of the Pact were agents of deception or useful idiots is of little moment.  What is clear at this point is that Vatican II was the Coming-Out-Party for a plot that had been steeping in the Bosom of the Vatican for quite some time.  The New Mass, as this Wolf has contended many times, was not masterminded by Archbishop Anibale Bugnini and his Six Protestant  Advisors immediately following the Council.  That was just a cover story, and a decoy for all the cannon fire from the pens of Michael Davies and Archbishop Lefebvre, lest too many latch onto the trail too quickly, and get ahead of the proverbial curve.  And even the Benedictine Monasteries of Bavaria and Prussia and "Reformers" such as Odo Casel were also not responsible for the genesis of the "New Liturgy".  No, they were merely fine-tuning it and overseeing how the "Masses" would take to it, and also how to present it.  They were the ones who perfected the "Agape", complete with strumming guitars and holding hands around the table.  (And Cardinal Pacelli was dutifully taking notes and sending reports to Pius XI at the Vatican, who apparently was meanwhile warming the wider church for "Ecumenism" even as he was writing encyclicals against it.

No, Michael Matt, Vatican II was not convened to transform the Church into the Evangelists of the Social Gospel and drown the World in a Sea of Luv.   Vatican II was not convened to teach the world to sing a new song.  (All those Hippie Groups, with the Beatles spearheading the movement, was apparently one vast, grand "Tavistock" Operation, but this Wolf digresses, while at the same time showing how everything was related, planned, and hatched at the appropriate times to move the Proletariat.  Nothing happened by accident on the wider stage...)

Rumor has it that Pope Frantic is going to completely suppress the Traditional Mass, and even undo the "Indult" of Pope JP2, "Ecclesia Dei".  Not to fear- it will merely go underground once again.  When the Antichrist comes, he will let you have your Traditional Mass.  What he will not let you have is the Most Holy Rosary, the Scapular, and True Devotion to Our Lady of Fatima.  No, all of the doom-and-gloomers will be labeled "Terrorists" and "Enemy Combatants", post 9-1-1 style, and will be Persona Non Grata, and all that.  The Lamestream media launched a trial balloon along those lines about a year ago, but now that we are all glued to Chuckie-Vigano-Excommunication-Theatre, with a guest appearance by Authie Schneider (this gets so predictable it makes the brain numb), that is long forgotten.

Meanwhile, this is being "penned" on the Vigil of Sts Peter and Paul.  But for most Traditional Catholics, Sts Peter and Paul will be just another Saturday to mow the lawn, get some shopping done, and take some time out to watch the Big Game.  We can, of course, thank Pope Pius X, first of the Great Reformers, for demoting Sts Peter and Paul along with St John the Baptist, in anticipation of their banishment from the Confiteor.  (But alas, again this Wolf digresses.)

No, what is important is next Saturday, not because it is First Saturday, but because it is July 4th.  Time once again to celebrate the founding of the Great Freemasonic Republic of North America which enshrined the dogma of separation of Church and State and conceived of a purely secular society founded upon liberty, fraternity, and equality, all of which have been progressively diminishing ever since, unless of course you are a Trannie shopping on Amazon for Disney Movies.

July the 4th.  BAH HUMBUG!  On July 4th this Wolf will say an extra rosary, fast, and move rocks or engage in some other form of hard labor.  And may continuous thunderstorms flood all those fields of fireworks.
