In 1776, The Freemasonic Lodges and the British East India Company colluded to create the United States of America, the first republic the world had ever known whose government was completely indifferent to any establishment of religion, and pretended men could govern themselves by reason alone, without any reference to the transcendent, and to destiny. The new nation would be ruled not by monarchs nor oligarchs, but by Magistrates. In no time at all, the concept of "Judicial Review" made of every politician but a figurehead, and every legislative body but a suggestion committee. Moreover, with "Judicial Review" contrarians could exist side by side, so long as the legal precedent was well defined. And so a country supposedly of, by, and for the people was in reality just tyranny well hidden and well orchestrated.
Around the world, the model was swiftly copied and adapted to different sets of circumstances. First would come the French Revolution, then the Napoleonic Wars, which spread the new ideas far and wide. Forces both secret and open spawned the Revolutions of 1848, while in that same year the United States attacked Catholic Mexico, wresting vast chunks of territory that had been missionized by the Franciscans. (The people of Taos, a Mission in New Mexico, learned firsthand what happens when Freedom and Democracy come to town.) By 1870, Europe was a continent of Republics. And the remaining dynasties- the Czars of Russia, the Habsburg Emperors, and even the Kaisers of Germany, were on increasingly tenuous ground. The time had come for President Woodrow Wilson to "make the world safe for democracy" with "the war to end all wars".
In Somber Dens of Iniquity, while the strains of the Marseillaise resounded outside, and the rioters of freedom and progress put Stock and Gallows to the torch, a bold new project was hatched. And while this Wolf does not know exactly when Grand Puba Beelzebub issued the order to execute directive six hundred sixty six he is aware of somebody privy to the event. That man would be Canon Paul Roca, who wrote some prescient lines: "A Newly illuminated Church will be influenced by the socialism of Jesus. The new church, which might not be able to retain anything of Scholastic doctrine and the original form of the former Church, will nevertheless receive consecration and canonical jurisdiction from Rome. The divine cult in the form directed by the liturgy, ceremonial, ritual and regulations of the Roman Church will shortly undergo a transformation at an ecumenical council, which will restore to it the venerable simplicity of the golden age of the Apostles in accordance with the dictates of conscience and modern civilization, a perfect accord between the ideals of modern civilization and the ideal of Christ and His Gospel. This will be the consecration of the New Social Order and the solemn baptism of modern civilization. There is a sacrifice in the offing which represents a solemn act of expiation ... The Papacy will fall; it will die under the hallowed knife which the fathers of the last council will forge. The papal caesar is a host crowned for the sacrifice. [There will be a] new religion, new dogma, new ritual, [and] new priesthood- progressists, suppression of the soutane, and the marriage of priests.”
And who was to bring this about? Why, none other than Cardinal Guiseppe Sarto, the Son of Polish Immigrants, who had seen a meteoric rise through the ranks first of the clergy and the then episcopacy in Italy. He was created Cardinal by Leo XIII in a secret consistory, then given his Red Hat in 1894. His election to the Papacy is of course famously known. Cardinal Mariano Rampolla, Freemasonic Member of the Ordo Templi Orientis, was elected first, but Cardinal Jan Puzyna de Kosielsko, Archbishop of Krakow, arose to announce that the Habsburg Holy Roman Emperor Franz Josef had vetoed the proceedings, disqualifying the cardinal. And so Gueseppi Sarto was elected- some say at the behest of Cardinal Rampolla- and took the name Pius X.
(It has been said that the redoubtable Monsignor Ernest Jouin, known for ferreting out the Freemasons embedded in the hierarchy, had made Rampolla's affiliations known to the Habsburg Emperor, and that was the reason for the veto. Sorry, Monsignor Jouin, but that had all been anticipated. The election and then veto of Rampolla was the Deep Church Deep Fake of the Millennium. The purpose was to convince everybody that Guiseppi Sarto was lily white and God's Chosen One. And guess what? IT WORKED! Monsignor Jouin was satisfied, as were his circles. Catholics could be supremely confident they had a defender of the Faith on the Holy Seat- or so they thought. And Pius X would do everything to play the part- even provoking the wrath of the French Republic, and deposing French Bishops who supported liberalism. All ploys... all theatre.)
Only Pius XII would exceed him as Superpope. In his first encyclical, E Supremi, Pius X would intimate he had been given a Divine Mandate to "to root up, and to pull down, and to waste, and to destroy, and to build, and to plant". So much for Mr Humble "I Don't Want To Be Pope." And Pius X was a Pope's Pope. For this man, filial obedience and love of the Holy Father was the consummate mark of the Catholic. Oppose the Pope? God forbid. One was made to feel that even if he did not agree with what the pope had for breakfast, he was some sort of heretic, or at least a schismatic. Every word the Pope said was inspired by the Holy Ghost, his every movement Divine. One does have to give the man exemplary credit for playing the part even as he advocated the doctrine.
All Pius X's miracles, his allegedly incorruptness (This Wolf has yet to see a picture of the incorrupt corpse. All of the parts of the body not clothed in the sarcophagus are encased in silver, most notably the head.) and his popularity notwithstanding, this man is an enigma. He betrayed the Catholics of the Philippines, selling their properties to the United States Government for a paltry Seven million dollars. He allowed Catholics to vote in liberal Italian Elections, something Leo XIII had strictly forbidden. He failed to investigate, let alone defrock, Cardinal Rampolla and other suspected Freemasons (Cardinal Gibbons comes to mind.) He created the notorious Archbishop William Henry O'Connell Cardinal. He not merely tolerated, but downright advocated, vernacular missals, contrary to centuries of Church discipline. He was responsible for a very flawed code of canon law. He authorized priests to say Mass without a server. He "reformed" the Divine Office, eliminating many Marian Prayers from the daily cycle. He abolished the majority of Holy Days of Obligation because Modern Man "needed more time to work and to plant". And he said early on he wished to "reform" the Sacred Liturgy, although the substance and extent of his proposed reforms remain the subject of speculation. What might have transpired had he not been seemingly cut off- he died rather suddenly, at age 79, in the August of 1914, the very day the Germans marched into Briussels to start World War I.
This Wolf has noted many times that conflict was planned and choreographed from beginning to end. The Licence Plate on the Gräf & Stift touring car in which the Archduke Franz Ferdinand was killed when his chauffeur took a wrong turn and stopped him six feet in front of the gunman who shot him- this Wolf is not making anything up- reads A11II18. Towit: Armisitce November 11th, 1918. And, most incredibly, the guns on the Western Front would pound their targets until, on the eleventh hour of that eleventh day, they fell silent. Had Pius X known of the plot? Was he struck down by God before he could further the designs of the Lodges? Or was he truly heartbroken over the war. It is said that he told a confrere, "Once upon a time the word of a pope could stay the coming slaughter, but now he is impotent." But, like so much else, those answers will have to await God's terrible Day of Judgment.
His successor, Benedict XV, was worse than impotent. While the slaughter continued, his bishops as much as told him to go pound sand. The Primate of England trumpeted the cause of the British, calling it ordained by God, and that God is with the British. The American Bishops pledged to give Woodrow Wilson their unqualified support, as well as the support of the mass of Amercian Catholics. The lone voice of sanity was the Emperor Karl Georg Otto, who nevertheless committed his dying empire to continued bloodshed.
But even as the first of the three world wars prophesied by Colonel Albert Pike to Guiseppe Mazzini in his famous letter raged, the Lodges were ready to implement the Great Plan. Their Chosen One was a Benedictine Monk, Odo Casel. A typical quote is as follows: "a sacred ritual action in which a saving deed is made present through the rite; the congregation, by performing the rite takes part in the saving act, and thereby wins salvation". This sounds like Modernist gibberish because IT IS Modernist gibberish. To clarify with another quote form Casel: "Christianity is not a religion or a confession in the way the last three hundred years would have understood the word: a system of more or less dogmatically certain truths to be accepted and confessed and of moral commands to be observed or at least accorded recognition... The Christian thing, therefore, in its full and primitive meaning of God’s good Word, or Christ’s is not, as it were, a philosophy of life with religious background music, nor a moral or theological training."
All through the Pontificate of Pius X, which was supposedly scattering the Modernists to the Four Winds, Odo Casel was quietly advocating his Liturgical hermeneutic throughout the Monasteries of Northern Germany with nary a protest from higher authority. And, after the Great War, the Experiments would begin: Vernacular Masses facing the People, Monks Strumming Guitars. The Novus Ordo in all its glory, ten years before the pontificate of Pius XII. And meanwhile, Cardinal Eugenio Pacelli- who had been under tutelage of Cardinal Mario Rampolla when a boy, imagine that!- was Papal Nuncio to Bavaria at the time. In 1933, while having tea and crumpets with his friend Count Enrico Pietro Galeazzi, the future Pius XII gave the whole game away. "Suppose, dear friend, that Communism is the most visible among the organs of subversion against the Church... I am concerned about the confidences of the Virgin to the little Lucia of Fatima... This persistence of the Good Lady in face of the danger that threatens the Church is a divine warning against the suicide that the alteration of the Faith, in its liturgy, its theology, and its soul, would represent... I hear around me innovators who wish to dismantle the Sacred Chapel, destroy the universal flame of the Church, reject her ornaments, and make her remorseful for her historical past... All human heresies which alter the word of God are so that A GREATER LIGHT MIGHT APPEAR." (More, much more, about Our Lady of Fatima in the next installment...)
Cardinal Eugenio Pacelli would tell the count that: "I will fight this battle with the greatest energy on the inside of the Church, just as outside of it, even if the forces of evil may one day take advantage of my person, my actions, or my writings, as they try today to deform the history of the Church." Well, once he became Pius XII, he apparently forgot those words. He installed the Great Architect of the New Mass, Monsignor Anibale Bugnini, to a Liturgical Commission in 1947 that would go on to wreck Holy Week, among other liturgical changes vast and sundry. Was this the work anticipated by Pius X? And meanwhile, Pius XII, Roosevelt's Pope, was downright chummy with the Freemasons who would execute Albert Pike's second war. Read his 1944 Christmas Address, where he has confidence the United Nations is going to "Build Back Better". In his letter to the American Bishops, he canonized the Doctrines of Sister George Washington and Mother Abraham Lincoln concerning the American Church, when he talked about "the celebrated George Washington, famed for his courage and keen intelligence. He was a close friend of the Bishop of Baltimore. Thus the Father of His Country and the pioneer pastor of the Church in that land so dear to Us, bound together by the ties of friendship and clasping, so to speak, each the other's hand, form a picture for their descendants..." Ah yes, a New Altar for a New Throne, indeed. (Never mind that Bishop Carroll had a fondness for Vernacular Liturgies, and allowed the "Separated Brethren" to give sermons at his masses.)
And Pius XII was definitely another Pope's Pope. He was certainly good at Poping, though not quite as Catholic as Pius X. He thought science and exegesis could fix problematic Biblical texts. He thought it all started with a Big Bang. He was okay with dogs and turtles emerging from the Darwinian slime so long as man's souls were "specially created". He figured the "Ancient Scriptural Authors" of Genesis cobbled together the Creation Account from Pagan Lore, using the same Infallibility Superpower Vatican I had bequeathed the Popes with. While Pius X banned women from the choir at Liturgical functions, Pius XII had no problem with female choir directors, "in certain circumstances". He told the Italian Midwives that Natural Family Banning could be employed "in certain circumstances". He more or less abolished the Ancient Communion Fast, allowed for Evening Masses, and was definitely anticipating Vatican II. He dallied about convoking a council himself, but decided against it, saying the project would be for his successor. And of course, he tried three times to do that "consecration of Russia" requested by Our Lady of Fatima, but never fulfilled the necessary conditions. Bad advisors? Puh-lease. With a gesture from his index finger, he could have had St Sr Lucia summoned to Rome, and heard it straight from the proverbial Horse's Mouth.
In 1910, Rudolf Steiner, Austrian occultist, social reformer, architect, esotericist, claimed clairvoyant, and Theosophical Society Member (the most famous of which was Madame Blavatsky) opined "“We need a council and a Pope to proclaim it.” Well, the Cabal had tried, twice. Pius X had had his pontificate cut short; Pius XII lacked the proverbial pair. But all in God's good time. In her Epic interview with Fr Augustine Fuentes, St Sr Lucia complained: "The chastisement from Heaven is imminent. The year 1960 is on us, and then what will happen? It will be very sad for everyone, and far from a happy thing if the world does not pray and do penance before then."
Spoiler Alert: The World did not pray nor do penance.
