This Wolf just watched a video from Truthstream Media entitled "What Is Actually Going on in North Carolina? (Part 2)", and while he appreciates the rants from Aaron and Melissa Dykes concerning the absolute, utter, total, cosmic- nay, Galactic (to paraphrase Lawyer Daniel Kaffee from "A Few Good Men)- ineptitude of FEMA, this Wolf is asking: Is anybody surprised? After Katrina, Sandy, Maria, Harvey... just to name a few... should anybody be shocked at the response after "Hurricane Helene"? One of the definitions of Insanity is to keep doing- or watching- the same thing and expect a different result.
Yes, thousands of people died from the disasters triggered by "Hurricane Helene" and, irregardless of the fact it was caused by the HAARP/Chemtrail Boyz, many of these people died because they were afflicted by Cosmic Stupidity. When it is raining and the water is rising you DO NOT get in your car and "drive to safety". First off, a person should be aware if their house is on low ground in a flood plain. If near a creek, one should be aware of where the low ground is and what frequently floods. A dandy idea is to take the dog for a walk just after a series of heavy rains and scope out the high water, and try to contemplate what would happen if it rose still higher. But, no, most people are reluctant to leave their climate controlled comfort and relate to the REAL WORLD around them. Moreover, they are confident that the Government, the Fire Department, and the Insurance Company- in that order- are going to save them. Meanwhile, a knowledgeable person is going to do one of two things- evacuate before it even starts raining, or have an escape route mapped out where he can walk to safety.
This Wolf lived through "Hurricane Sandy". He was in a building which had been flooded before during "Tropical Storm Lee". He had his eye on the Creek and had prepared a "bug out" shelter on higher ground if the worst occurred. Fortunately, "Sandy" turned out to be a dud and did not dump even close to the amount of rain predicted. The Creek rose to "normal" flood levels, thank God, and then started to recede.
What do you do during any emergency? You WALK to safety. You do not get in a car and join all the stupid Sheeple in a traffic jam where they are subsequently washed out- which is exactly how this Wolf suspects the majority of people died in North Carolina and Tennessee. (That is also how the majority of people died in the California Paradise Fire.)
Meanwhile, the insurance companies are moving out of Florida En Masse. That should tell people something.
"HUrricane Helene" is just another rain band from the Category Seven Geopolitical Storm that is approaching. (This Wolf expects the fringe of that storm to hit next year, with a Mega False Flag the Satanic Pederasts have been planning for years.) If you are not preparing physically and spiritually, shame on you.
