Fr Chad Ripperger just gave a conference entitled "Living Through These Trying Times: Faith in Trials" in which he quickly proceeded to make an absolute wreck of eschatology. How this priest can even pretend to be erudite is beyond this Wolf. But let us just pick through this shipwreck.
Fr begins... "(In This) series of conferences I want to talk about virtues in relationship to what it looks like is coming down the pike not just in relationship to the Civil situation- that is the secular situation- (as it) begins to or continues to decline. What virtues are going to play a key role in going forward? In one sense can say they all will but in another sense there are some that I want to highlight. We're also going to see a significant degradation in the state of the church coming forward, and by significant I mean
stuff that would have been considered completely unimaginable and some of it already is..."
YOU MEAN, WE HAVE NOT SEEN A SIGNIFICANT DEGRADATION ALREADY? I guess Amoris Laetititae, Tutti Fratelis, and Fiducia Supplicans do not qualify in Fr Ripperger's Church as a "significant degradation". I guess all the chicanery we have seen over the last 60 years does not qualify as a significant degradation either. I mean, bishops in good standing have always been spouting robust heresies and encouraging vice from their pulpits since the time of Sts Peter and Paul, right? But, seriously...
"I'm not sure if you saw the report (where the) nuncio chastised Bishop Strickland for teaching the deposit of Faith. Of course Strickland just (said) "yeah, whatever..." But this gives you an indication that things are not in a good way. There are also Rumblings- I'm not going to go into details about them only because they're rumors- but in Rome there are certain kinds of rumors that are usually true. Some of the stuff that's be coming down the pike could be pretty ugly so we have to basically be prepared on the level of of virtue going forward."
"I'm going to mention it here in just a minute of the of a possible chastisement that's coming." A POSSIBLE chastisement? Don't I recall Our Lady of Fatima saying that "If my requests are heeded, Russia will be converted, and there will be peace; if not, she will spread her errors throughout the world, causing wars and persecutions of the Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have much to suffer, and various nations will be annihilated."
Father continues: "I think people have a lot of misunderstandings about their relationship to the chastisement." They sure do, father. And you are not going to help matters by completely ignoring Our Lady of Fatima. Meanwhile, after rambling for a minute, Father tells us that "The percentage of people becoming homosexual is drastically On The Rise." Let us rephrase that, Father, because people do not "become homosexual". Father then goes on to say that "our dependency on Grace is going to become much more important." This Wolf will object that our dependency on grace does not depend on external circumstances. Rather, we are always supremely dependent on the Grace of Almighty God, whether we realize it or not.
Father will then go on to paraphrase Our Lady of La Salette. He talks about a dubious passage in Melanie's secret where after a "minor chastisement", there is 25 years of good harvests. Referring to this, Father criticizes the attitude of "I'll just skate through the chastisement and think things will wonderful well 25 years of good harvest which means that things will go well for 25 years." So far as this Wolf is concerned, those words were added to Melanie's secret and are not part of the authentic message, which is more along the lines of "the priests being cesspools of impurity" and "Rome will the Faith and Become the Seat of the Antichrist".
But next, incredibly, father is going to completely ignore Our Lady of Fatima and go directly to "Our Lady of Akita". This dubious "apparition" has been tackled elsewhere on this Substack. Meanwhile, the pertinent passages are as follows: "The heavenly father is preparing to inflict a great chastisement on all men... if men do not repent and better themselves the Father will inflict a terrible punishment on all of humanity... it will be a punishment greater than the Deluge... fire will fall from the sky and wipe out a great part of humanity... the living will envy the dead..."
Of course, there are several parts that directly contradict Our Lady of Fatima. Recall that Our Lady said God would punish the world by means of "war, famine, and persecutions of the Church and of the Holy Father". In other words, God will withdraw his grace and allow evil men to ravage Holy Mother Church and humanity in general. That is quite different from God sending "fire from the sky".
Moreover, Our Lady of Fatima ends her message very hopefully: "In the end, my Immaculate Heart will triumph. The Holy Father will consecrate Russia to me, and she will be converted, and a period of peace will be granted to the world." This is quite the contrast to "Our Lady of Akita" who says only, that in the aftermath of the chastisement, "The Living will envy the dead". This Wolf suspects that "Our Lady of Akita" was written by worldly and materialistic men who cannot imagine life without modern conveniences.
If priests do not want to face the very real and pertinent questions of our time- Is the "New Mass" the Abomination of Desolation"? Are the "New Rites of Ordination" valid? Is Pope Frantic an Antipope?- then this Wolf fears they will be victims of their own imposed spiritual blindness. As Our Lord said: "Blind guides, who strain out a gnat, and swallow a camel!"
Always keep in mind that those first in line for the Lake of Fire are the COWARDS.
Stay beneath the mantle of Our Lady of Fatima. At this point, anybody not frequently talking about Our Lady of Fatima should be held as highly suspect.
